    4 pm - Enjoy a guided tour of the Alhambra, Spain’s most iconic Moorish palace. Built in the 10th century, it later became a Christian royal residence after the 1492 Reconquista. Rediscovered in the 19th century, this UNESCO World Heritage Site blends Islamic and Renaissance architecture, inspiring countless stories and legends.

    7 pm - After the Alhambra, transfer back to the city center to start the private tapas tour with your personal guide, exploring Spain’s rich culinary scene.     4 pm - Pick up by your guide to start a private walking tour of Granada’s Cathedral and Royal Chapel, two of the city’s most significant landmarks. Built on the site of a former mosque by Queen Isabella after the conquest of Granada, the Cathedral is a stunning example of Spanish Renaissance architecture, featuring grand facades, an ornate altar, and intricate chapels. The Royal Chapel houses the tombs of Queen Isabella I and King Ferdinand II, the Catholic Monarchs who unified Spain.

    Continue with a guided walk through the Albayzín, Granada’s historic Arab quarter, where narrow, winding streets and whitewashed houses reflect its Moorish past. Stroll along Paseo de los Tristes, a picturesque promenade once used for funeral processions, before reaching the Mirador de San Nicolás, a breathtaking lookout offering panoramic views of the Alhambra.

    Start with Jerez, the birthplace of sherry wine, flamenco, and equestrian traditions. There, we will explore its historic center and enjoy a sherry tasting at a traditional winery.

    Next, we’ll head to Cádiz, the oldest city in Europe, known as the "Silver Cup." We’ll stroll through its historic center, visit the majestic Cathedral of Santa Cruz, and take in its stunning views.

    Next, explore the Alcázar of Seville, a breathtaking Mudéjar-style palace originally built as a Moorish fortress. Still used by the Spanish royal family, this UNESCO-listed site features intricate tilework, lush gardens, and ornate courtyards, making it one of the most beautiful palaces in Spain.

    1:30 pm - Lunch reservation at Casa Robles. Casa Robles offers a traditional Southern Spanish menu, using as inspiration the recipes originated and perfected in the “pueblos” that comprise Andalucía.

  • Today, your guide will take you along the stunning Basque coastline. First, visit Biarritz, the "king of beaches and beach of kings," once a favorite of European aristocracy. Its diverse architecture mirrors the mix of quiet families and lively surfers.

    On the way back, stop in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, a charming fishing town with colorful ports and historic landmarks like Maison Louis XIV and Maison de l’Infante.

    End your journey in Hondarribia, where cobblestone streets wind through medieval palaces and Basque-style homes. In the Marina district, soak in the atmosphere as locals gather along San Pedro Kalea, lined with lively pintxo bars.
